We are founded by four women who are passionate about women finding their style in this season of life that leaves them with an empty nest. The Brains Behind the Brand
Our founders are, Rachel Madray, Sarah Ann Bradford, Kiersten Fryer, and Hayden Cown.  These four women saw the need for African American women who are empty nesters to find themselves again in this new season of life. The idea behind Crystal Stair is to help these women also find a wardrobe to match this new season of life. Every day they dedicate themselves to their customers needs and wants while also ensuring the most enjoyable shopping experience.
